I'm curious as to what other folks suggest to have done annually on a DP, whether recommended by the Engine, Transmission, or Chassis manufacturer or from previous experience that helped prevent a failure. All suggestions would be greatly welcomed whether obvious or not.

Aside from factory recommended maintenance, drive it 100 miles, once a month during the off season. If plugged in during the winter months, check your battery water levels. Lubricate all locks and hinges, including steps. The list can go on forever, but these are some of the things I did today.

Well, seeing as I owned an '02 DSDP, I guess I've got some info for you.
If you do 15k or less each year, then an oil change, filter change, water filter, genset oil and filter, grease all fittings including u-joints, check your wet front hubs and change oil every second year on them, engine fuel filter(s), genset fuel filter, inspect and replace, if required, air filter (use Filter Minder as indicator, check inside of each wheel location for any leaks indicating seal failure, pull rear hub caps and check for any oil from hub housing, and more, but, that is a good start.

There are several other things that I do, although I don't do them annually.
Changed hydraulic oil and the 2 filters. Changed the air dryer filter. Changed the rear end oil. Changed the engine air filter after 35,000 miles, didn't need to.Changed the front hub oil.Flushed and changed the coolant. Changed the transmission fluid and filters. (mine came with Dexron III, so I did the 1st change over to transynd).
Annually I change the oil and oil filter, fuel filter, coolant filter and the anode in the Suburban water heater. I try and grease the chassis at least every 5,000 miles. I service the generator by the hourly usage. Check the DCA level every 6 months. About every 6 months I change the whole house water filter. I use one from Walmart that flows more gallons per minute.
