In 2008, on the way home from San Diego, the turbocharger on my 350 ISC Cummins engine took a dump. Fortunately the impeller on the exhaust side died and therefore no metal in the engine. Had to get towed and Good Sam Extended Warranty refused to cover the repair saying it was a pre-existing condition. I had just taken out their insurance and prior to starting the warranty I spoke to 3 employees' at the Warranty company, each said the coach was too new to do an inspection. I got their names. When they refused to pay, I threatened to sue them and told them I had asked 3 employee's to do an inspection and they declined so how could it be pre-existing. I got a check in the mail from the warranty company and from Good Sam for my troubles. (Good Sam Doesn't actually provide the warranty, an outside vendor is responsible for that)
