I am almost afraid to ask this question because I suspect the answer will be so plain that I will be embarressed. But here goes. On my 06 Dutich Star, there is a small rocker switch on the left hand side of drivers controls, just above or forward of the mirror controls. This switch lights up when pushed to the up position but I cannot figure what is changing. Can anyone tell me what this switch is for?

Thanks ahead of time for any info.

I'd put money on mirror heaters too. Without seeing the switch, it's a best guess situation. If weather permits try fogging the mirror with your breath, motor running, with the switch on then off. This works best on a cool day.

Long time getting back to you guys but thanks for the info. I'm sure that is exactly what it is but sure haven't needed it since I originally posted, lol.
