what tire size does the 07 and 08 dutch star use? is it 295 like the 08 allegro bus?

The stock tire size has changed from one model year to the next, you will need to advise the year of the coach.

The DSDP for '07 is on 305's. It seems many manufacturer's don't put enough rubber under them, ie: Monoco Signature, their top of line, with 295's. Newmar does it right.
