Can anyone tell me what kind of water pump I have? I can't see it on the pump the way it is mounted. Also, I have compbed the documentation and all I can find is a generic Shurflo installation direction.
Also, I am presuming that Newmar does not install the accumulators.

I believe the standard '07 pump was the Shurflo classic 2.8(could be wrong)but something close to that size. No, Newmar does not supply the accumulator.

I went and did a contorsionist move to see the label on the pump and you are correct sir, 2.8.
Now the question is, should I upgrade to the 4.5 gpm? The 2.8 seems fine but, still would like a little more pressure.
This forum has already discussed the constraints on city water supply to the coach.
One other question is about the HydroHot. When heating the coach now, if both zones are on the HH can fall behind. Wondering if it would keep up w/the 4.5 gpm.

javajelly that's a good question, why don't you just call Newmar tech support and see what Newmar has to say. Ed.S

I would agree with you. However, while I am very please w/Newmar's service, there are still many questions they cannot answer.
HydroHot seems to be a weak spot. I will however, put a request into vehicle systems.

We ordered our coach with a 5.7 and it provides more pressure than any city hook up so far(although by changing our filter element we have been able to increase the city pressure). Only thing is when dry camping its easy to use water fast if you don't keep your eye on it.
