What's wrong with this picture?

I have hooked up a toad several hundred times. Hope this was the first time I did this. Add your own pictures to this thread.

The breakaway isn't connected.

I love the brake cable attach point...

ALSO - On mine. I install the tow bar pins so they point in (Yours are pointing out). On mine the safety chains (cables) are attached a little closer to the pin. If the pins pin somehow fell out, my pins would not be able to slide out because they would hit the safety cables.

I've driven 30,000 miles without one. Good to have but the odds of it being needed are very slim.

I don't see the problem. After all, it is a "break-away" cable.

Did you find that before or after you hit the road?

I pulled a doozy once, but no pictures of it, so it didn’t happen.

I only see one thing wrong. There wasn’t a cable attached from the pull pin to the emergency brake away. So when the pin came out the cable between the two would eventually come out and the braking system would put undue stress on the remainder tow bar.
Don’t be hard on yourself just have to double check your connections twice. I know I have done much dumber things and thanks to the over engineering of the tow bar system no damage to my rig. I even knew a guy that forgot to put the air cylinder on the brake pedal after connecting everything perfect. Almost

Hmmmmm.........By looking at your connect point, I believe you have mistaken the directions to that of the grenade emergency toad package. It virtually destroys the loose toad thus avoiding the embarrassment and liability of the vehicle mounting a wall and careening through an outdoor wedding party. This changes "I'm so sorry" into " Your kidding, what Jeep?"

We all make mistakes................The secret is to say they happened to someone else!

Noticed it at our first stop.
