Just a quick response before I head out to the campground again for the weekend. The coach went straight down the road before the new tires were put on. The wear pattern on the front tires showed NO signs of scuffing. They were the originals with 43K on them(I know, I was way overdue) and the only wear signs was a little cutting on both tires on the outside edge which I attribute to balance.
I'm not close to Mich. so I'll probably opt for a fix in Sioux Falls after checking out any repair facility with coach dealers in the area first. ABC Bus in Fairbult, Mn. may also be a good bet. I'm not at all inclined to have somebody start bending my front axle. Any more thoughts and experiences on this WEIRD issue continue to be welcome.

if previous tires were fine, that is proper even wear, and steering was fine, that is it didn't pull and tracked straight, i would assume they probably mis aligned..i'd opt for another alignment at another shop or try to get back to Spartan..reality is some shops can do good jobs on alignments and some never do..

Well, she's at a highly recommended shop and tomorrow we'll know more. However, while I'm still not excited about anybody "bending the axle", it seems this is much more common than what we'd like to admit. I just want it done right. More later.

Drove the coach home tonight straight as an arrow with a slight drift to the right, just as it should. IT WAS A SIMPLE FIX. I have a stablelizer shock (Safe T) on the font axle wich was not put back on center. When they got the wheels off the ground, the wheels flopped left about right way. You would think with any experience at all, the first shop would've re-traced their steps and found what to a more experienced shop was the obvious. Sure glad I didn't go bending my axle some place. I hope my experience helps someone else. Thanks for all the replies.
