It will lift the rear wheels also, HOWEVER, you will not have the Park Brake with the rear wheels off so you need to make sure the front wheels are secured against rolling. Also, I strongly suggest the use of a pair of Jack Stands capable of carrying the weight. NEVER trust the Leveling Jacks.

I second dennis45 suggestions and cautions. Block the front wheels and use JACK STANDS capable of handling the weight.

I would rent a jack and place under rear axel to lift your rear duel wheels, the jacks have a pivot point and any imbalance may shift your coach and snap the HWH jacks with rear wheels off the ground.

Something else to consider, on my coach when the air suspension is deflated or lowered, I can't remove the rear wheels. So I had to raise the suspension, and then raise the axle to remove the wheel.
I also second all of Dennis suggestions.

Let us know how you made out and what you did in removing your rear tires.
