Where did the antifreeze go?

We have a 2019 MA SL500. Returned 3weeks ago from a trip to Naples FL. And parked the coach with no issues. Went to move it a couple days ago and got a low coolant warning light. No light on when I parked it. Topped it off with Final charge but it took 5 gallons to do it. No evidence of leaking or antifreeze in the oil. No noticeable vapor or smell while driving. Runs great. Any ideas?
Thanks,Daryl

It’s under warranty start there. 5 gallons is a serious loss.

I also developed a coolant leak over the winter hibernation. In my case, I noticed antifreeze dripping out of the generator area. After further investigation and sliding out the generator, I discovered that if I had the dash heat on full hot, it was dripping out of the duct system for the HVAC system all over the top of the genny. We have two heater cores, and I don't know which one is leaking. In the meantime, I've bypassed both of them until I can get into Newmar.

My coach experienced a loss of 2 gallons during freezing weather. I caught it early and never started engine.

Just recently @soundguy63 posted his major loss of coolant relating to a failed egr cooling system. His video shows what appeared to be a blown head gasket.

My guess is that you have a similar issue. It is all collecting in the exhaust, and once you warm up, you should have the makings of a Hollywood set smoke system.

I have checked around and under the coach and see no evidence of leakage. I was wondering if the domestic hot water loop was air bound and it went there. I vaguely remember the water not being hot upon arrival at our destination. My oasis system was under filled when I picked up the coach causing the hot water pump to fail. I never checked the antifreeze tank until the light came on. I think the coach runs to well to be the head gasket and no steam is coming from the exhaust.
Thanks, Daryl

Hi sjcaldal11,
The simplest thing are the clamps that fasten the rubber hoses to the steel coolant tubs. There are many of these rubber hoses. They are short, maybe 6" in length. If the clamps are leaking, one will see no leak. Might see some residue depending where the hose is located.
