One other negative about NIRVC is that if you are trading anything other than an Entegra or a Newmar they will drastically low ball your trade. I'm glad others have had a good experience with them but I was not impressed.

NIRVC has locations in Dallas, Atlanta and Phoenix now. Excellent dealership, honest and very customer service oriented. Trade-in values will depend on what you are trading. The way the market is right now, Entegra, Newmar,. Tiffin and the Winnebago Tour are the only coaches that sell above blue book value. All of the other brands sell at a discount. NIRVC will show you all of these figures and also show you the future resale values of whichever coach you are considering - including a brand other than what they have available. I consider them as setting the bar for other dealers to try to emulate when it comes to treating their customers.

The Phoenix location is coming soon according to their website. A little to late for me, but I would have bought there instead of where I did just for the fact they are closer to me. I heard good things about them. Wonder how they will be on warranty service if you have not bought from them. Desert Autoplex is in Pheonix also, almost bought there but they could come nowhere near my best price. So I wonder if Newmar and Desert Autoplex are parting ways being NIRVC is setting up there.

Southaven RV in Southaven Mississippi. Excellent to work with and the best deal on a 2017 DSDP that I could find in the country.

Hi Tom,

Is there an actual downloadable Newmar "build sheet" and if so where do I find one? I would like to send it out to a few dealers just as you did. Thanks!

...a little know fact to many is that most dealers, like NIRVC, don't represent EVERY brand or even EVERY type of RV, such as fifth-wheels and towables. So, they don't have the ability to SALE these on their lot after they allow for your trade-in of these types of units. What they do, though, is 'wholesale' these to other dealers that DO sell these type of RVs. It's just not NIRVC's sales model to handle all types, they are in the 'motorized' RV/Motor Coach market.

When they 'wholesale' these to other dealers, they obviously are not going to get the higher value since it's a wholesale price versus used retail price, and so that can't possibly pass a higher trade-in value to the customer.

They just aren't really into the 'used' RV market.

just an FYI
