Thanks. I did and he came back with a "fair" price but not the lowest. I believe the market is softening and not willing to pay more than I have to. Inventory on the lots here in Florida is the highest I have ever seen it. I do live here in Florida and visit the dealers on a regular basis so have a good comparison to deal with.

It’s a soft time of a the year to sell, after summer and before the holidays. Wait till the first of the year or early spring and it’ll firm back up, all things being equal in the political and financial worlds...
