We just joined the NKK a few months back, and plan on not spending another winter here in Tennessee. Is there a gathering spot for most NKK members, or just go where we want and hope to meet up with others?

We NKK members seem to be all over the place, with many scattered around Florida.

We may have the most in the Fort Myers/Naples area.

Some of us post our wintering plans or where we are here in the Newmar forum.

Many wintering spots are suggested by other NKK members/Newmar owners.

That's how I ended up in Fort Myers this year and Juno Beach last year, by recommendation.

Hi Gene,
If you like the fellowship of NKK members, consider central Florida (East or West coast). Some advantages are:

5 NKK chapters, in Florida, that usually have 1 rally per month from November to April.

Tampa Super Show NKK Special Event in the middle of January each year.

Two monthly luncheons for NKK members. One in Lakeland and the other in Ft. Pierce.[/list]
Check the NKK web site here or PM me for details.

How come I never see any NKK members in the heart of the Colorado Rockies (Breckenridge) in the middle of winter????????????? Wind burn looks the same as sun burn - at least at the beginning!
Tiger Run RV Resort is open all year, bring a snow shovel!

I'll second the Fort Myers/Naples area. We stay in Ft. Myers Beach and there are a number of Newmar people at our resort. (Gulf Waters RV Resort) Not all belong to NKK but many Newmar products.

Hey "Dude" ... having lived in Breckenridge for 14 years before going Full Time four years ago, I might suggest a Snow Blower...stopped by Tiger Run last October for a week and got caught in two feet of the wet fluffy stuff...Only time we see Tiger Run now is in the summer...but we miss the Powder Days!
