Whirlpool stackable washer dryer.

2017 Ventana LE 4037
Whirlpool Washing Machine stackable model # WFC7500VW

The washer does not work on normal wash but does work on quick wash but the spin cycle is to slow.
I do have a service contract and they will either repair or replace the washer whichever is more economical.
Reviews on line there has been numerous complaints such as mine regarding this washer; appears that this washer has issues.
Has anyone retain the Whirlpool dyer and used a different brand washer? If so what brand and model number. Can the Whirlpool stack bracket be reused?

We had a lot of problems with the washer in our 2017 coach. We had it replaced with a newer Whirlpool model and have not had a single problem.

The new Whirlpool WFW3090 or 5090 seem to be working great. Replaced ours with the WFW5090 a year ago and the DW loves the new one.

We had problem after problem with our Whirlpool washer in our 2017 Canyon Star.

Numerous visits to Newmar to fix - the "appliance-guy" would never give the "washer is non-repairable" decision.

Band aid fix after band aid fix......it was pretty sad.

So - every time we went to use the washer it was a gamble if it would work or not......

So I replaced it with a Splendide. A good move.

We did keep the Whirlpool dryer as hot works as designed.

Good luck - seemed to be washers made in 2016 and placed in 2017 models.

on our whirlpool with similar symptoms, the tech decided the motor needed to be replaced. That cost more than an new unit,so the dealer contacted the service contract provider and put in a new unit. Been working great ever since

Our Whirlpool washer refused to do the final spin from the time it was new until maybe a year into using it. Whirlpool techs worked on it twice. IMHO they are worthless and don't have a clue.

Someone posted on here about switching to powder detergent and getting away from using the pods so we finally tried that.

When we were using pods the washer would fail to do the final spin probably 5 out of 10 loads. It didn't matter how big or how small these loads were.

The first couple of months after switching to powder it failed to do the final spin about 1 out of 10 or 12 loads. The past few months, probably 50 or 60 loads it has worked perfectly.

We were ready to pay Newmar to pull the thing out and replace it with a Splendid. Now I'm glad we stuck with it.

Washer

Indy Glenn stated he replaced the washer with a Splendide washer and reused the Whirpool dryer.

What is the model number of the Splendide? Did you have any problems mounting the Whirlpool dyer to the Splendide? Did you use the Whirlpool bracket or the Splendide bracket to mount the dryer?

I am hoping that the Whirpool washer is not repairable and my service contract will pay me for a new washer. If so I will not replace it with a Whirlpool.
