Whirpool Washing Machine Winterization

Everything went well for winterizing our Dutch Star with the exception that the washing machine wont cooperate. Its the same model that previous blogs have talked about (WFC7500VWZ) just "blinks" and smiles at you. Should I disconnect the water lines going to it? What about the water that wont drain i.e. water value?

I use the air method. Just run a cycle on warm with about a quart of pink antifreeze in the tub. Soon after I hear the water valves trip and the rush of air I cancel the cycle and let it drain which runs the pink stuff through the filter and pump.
First time washer is used run a rinse and drain cycle and your good to go.

Good luck

Had the exact same trouble. Powered down the washer (unplugged the coach) and started over.

Problem was solved by switching from 20 amp service to generator. Started generator, turned on the dryer and washing machine started immediately. Again it started when antifreeze was used to finish the winterizing process.
