Picking up our 2019 Dutch Star 4369

We’re sorry for the long period of absence from this site. I will add a more extensive explanation and description of our coach on my “Final Input Please” posting on the Newmar’s owner’s site.
After almost 5 years of research months of planning, many changes, and a couple of false starts, we are finally scheduled to pick up our new 2019 Dutch star 4369! We will be arriving at Newmar on October 8th, at 8:30 in the morning to meet with Phil Stilley. He will then be introducing us to our tech, Stuart, to proceed with our customer pickup experience. We will be at Newmar from October 8th through October 12. If any of you are going to be at Newmar during this same period of time, Alison and I would love to meet, and have happy hour with you!! Please let us know. This is our first coach and we could not be more excited!!!
Thank you so much to all of you that offered you’re input and suggestions. They we’re all absolutely invaluable in creating the coach of our dreams!!! Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!!
Enough said here. If you are interested in our final selections, as well as our struggles, please refer to the “Final Input Please” post. Thank you all again and we hope to meet some of you, if not at Newmar, then hopefully on the road!
Happy Trails!

Picking up our 2019 Dutch Star 4369

Almost Forgot.
I don't know if this is the appropriate place for this but I just wanted to give
SPECIAL THANKS to our dealer Tom Lindstrom of Moorpark, CA, for his phenomenal help, incredible integrity (even when it cost him money), and his wonderful staff. They were and are TRULY a pleasure to deal with and I now consider Tom a friend and look forward to many years of a fruitful relationship both personally and professionally. He is a rare breed in this day and age! I recommend him without any reservation to anyone looking for great customer service and very competitive pricing!
I would also like to extend my warmest thanks to Ashley Pursifull and Michelle Howard of Newmar for going above and beyond!

Here at Camp Newmar for warranty paint repair and other small issues. We are scheduled to be here 8 days. We will be put up in a hotel (motel?!) while the paint work is being done.

We're parked by a beautiful brand new 2019 Dutch Star. Maybe it belongs to someone here?

We're in the overflow area for tonight, and then who knows where afterwards.

Randy and Donald

Yes it's Redbaron73. It was nice to meet him. Love the exterior colors he chose.

I get the very distinct impression he knows what he's talking about! A Dutch Star guru.

We are back at Camp Newmar for 10/19 - 10/22. We stayed at Oakwood Inn in Syracuse, about 10 miles away the past 4 nights. Special Newmar rate is $79/night for a nice room. A bargain compared to waking up at 5:30 each morning to stay in our home.

Is anyone else here? Would enjoy making a connection.

Randy and Donald

Can anyone provide an update on the new Camp Newmar? I’ll be in Nappanee the first week in December and wonder if it will be ready. Thanks!
