Thanks John. How is the Amazon work coming along? Suzan and I have done our very best to keep you busy!! Nappanee was a balmy 7 degrees Thursday morning--- so cold the diesels where not starting up. Here is a shot of the delivery lot Friday morning when it was a mild 24 degrees!! Merry Christmas to you and Diane.

I'll on my way to Camp Newmar tonight to drop off the coach for the sidewall replacement, Appointment is Monday 1/13/2014, expect to be there Sunday sometime. I'm flying out Monday night so it'll be a quick trip.
Weather has moderated somewhat from last week, it'll be a relatively balmy 36 degrees on Monday, Sunday it is supposed to be downright hot at 39!

Please be careful if you are driving. The weather here is dreadful. Record setting wind chills with much blowing and drifting. We had another 4" in the last 48 hours and I know they get more snow as they are closer to the lake.

Arriving the end of February.
Have a two week appointment starting March 3 but we should arrive on the 28th. Sure hope it warms up a bit by then.
Has the move into the new service facility begun? We were given details at the Tampa Super Show rally. I'm always excited when Newmar expands the service department. When we had our "Meet the Execs" I asked if they would consider opening a service center somewhere in the South to offset the Winter slowdown. Unfortunately they said NO!

The move is in process but slow due to the weather and other reasons including an uptick in service demand, according to my advisor, Todd.

We weren't at Tampa, and hadn't heard anything about a new service facility? What did Newmar say about that? Is this replacing one of the existing buildings, or adding another one?

My understanding is they are adding more service capability. They are keeping the existing high line service next to the customer lounge and adding another building. Unfortunately it is not on the Newmar campus but it is only a couple of miles away.

Hi jtovo,
2015 lineup will debut when Newmar runs out of parts for the 2014s. At the latest, the 2015s will be at the Louisville show in November.

I thought they started producing the next year's model after the July 4th holiday was over. When they will be debuted should not be too long after that.

The 2014 models debuted for dealers in Dallas April 15. We were in Nappanee the week after preparing to make our order......

We saw 2014 models at the factory in early May of last year, all ordered by dealers
We know some folks who want to order a 2015 Mountain Aire and Ken is telling them that he won't discuss details until May. Lots of strategy involved in new product introductions for these folks. Newmar and Entegra are going to duke it out, As always, the consumer benefits when there is competition.
