The seat risers , ( swivel posts ) are available in different heights , three I believe , on the Flexsteel web site. If that would be any help.

My wife had the same problem, we too fixed it by 'raising' the floor. The 'real' problem was that she couldn't reach both the pedal and the floor at the same time. By having something that we secure on the floor in front of the pedals when she's driving she can now rest her heel on the floor (or at least on her platform) and her toes are securely on the pedal.

We had the same problem with our BBS 2903. My wife could not reach the pedals either. When looking at the drivers side seat. We found that the seat cover skirt was catching on the seat/shoulder strap attached to the inner side of the drivers seat. When sliding the seat full ward, the belt connector stays stationary. By moving the skirt over the metal of the connector, we got an extra 1.5 inches of travel. She now can reach both pedals. It was caused by the way the opening that goes over the connector was stiched up. She it 5 foot 1 inch and we both love how this coach drives. Great floor plan, fit and finishes are top rate, the perfect unit for the two of us and our dog.

How is it attached to the floor so it doesn't move around.

I guess it doesn't bother you or taller drivers. Thanks for the info. We are shopping around look for a DSDP and that was one of my DW concerns, the long reach for pedals.

It depends on the seat and if adjustable pedals are available. on the 14 VT the model of seat used along with the foot rest has the seat much higher from the ground. on MADP and LADP that I have tried the seat is much lower to the ground and no issues. beside they have adjustable pedals which makes it even easier.
