Is there WiFi access at the factory where I would get repairs?

There is no WiFi at the factory. There is 1 phone jack in the customer lounge.
Verizon cell service works for access if you are set up for that.
There is free WiFi at the library in town. You have to get access from the resource librarian.

The Inn at Amish Acres has wifi and is just a block away from the Newmar Service Center. As a courtesy, Carl called them and asked if I could come over and use it. There is not much room for a lot of users, and it is really for their guests, but a friendly smile and asking first may get you access.
There was also a coffee shop on one of the main intersections of downtown Nappenee which I was able to use.

All of these wi-fi locations are great but it sure would go a long way for total customer satisfaction if Newmar would install a relativly inexpensive wi-fi system. As someone who works (I know, that's a four letter word) out of the RV while traveling, it would make my life easier.

My Verizon wireless card in my laptop worked well at the factory. Not quite broadband speed, but I was able to work while waiting for my coach.
