I have a 2000 DSDP and i need to replace the pleated privacy shades for the front and side driving windows. I'm hoping to use the existing hooks and rails but I"m looking for something nicer than the paper/cloth? original ones that are stained and faded.
Anyone know of a company who sells something like that.

I think I saw some advertised by Camping World.
have you tried to wash them? Don't use a machine. Just let them soak for awhile in Woolite and water then gently agitate by hand. Then hang outside to dry. Then reinstall.
The material in most is something like Trevira and will release dirt and stain readily. good luck

We did try many solutions but the stains won't come out completely and the material falls apart like paper if you try to rub it at all

I guess yours must be of a different material than most. Try CW.

We Purchased new ones from Newmar approx. $360.00, for our 2004 DSDP. Working on installation now.

thanks, thats cheaper than the ones at campingworld. are yours the pleated ones that feel like a material but are sorta stiff.
also, do they have grommet holes that you hook over a hook that slides along a track?

Replaced our pleated shades with spring loaded roller shades, leaving just a small section of the pleated shades for the corners.

I know these are not as inexpensive as any of the above but the MCD day/night shades have been great for us. I can roll down one of two types of shades as sun shades when needed. Not cheap but worth the money

Yes, the pleated shades are stiff and have the eyelet holes that attach to the shade hooks.
