Windshield washer

I am not real happy with how the windshield washer sprays, especially when driving. I have removed the spray nozzles from the wiper arms and soaked them in vinegar to clean them out and confirmed they are not clogged by blowing thru them. I still do not get any sort of spray pattern when using the washer. Each nozzle has 6 ports on it (3 top / 3 bottom). Anyone had luck finding a better set of nozzles or wiper arms with integral washer sprayers? I know the acre of glass is asking a lot of the washer spray, but what it is currently doing is not acceptable at all. Ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

Ours doesn't really spray in a pattern at all. It just floods in a couple of spots and you have to use the wipers several times to get the flooding to hit the entire window.

Darn. I was hoping this experience was isolated to the less expensive coaches.

My CS 3922 is horrible.

Very sad something so critical and not very complex works so poorly.

Exactly what I am talking about. The washer just sprays a "puddle" at about the mid point of the wiper blade then attempts to spread it out. Seems like there has to be a better way. Wondering if this is the same on the higher end (DP) units with just as big, or bigger, windshields?

Inadequate Windshield Washer

I have a Dutch Star and have the same problem you have identified. I have cleaned my spray ports like you have, as well as redirected their spray patterns, to no avail. So, to answer your question, "yes, this is an issue on the higher end coaches" in my case, anyway.
