Windshield Washing pole for Dutch Star

Is a 5' extension pole long enough for a Dutch Star windshield or will I need an 8' pole?

High high is up? Or, how tall are you and how long are your arms? Are you going to stand on the ground with the front all the way down, or with the front all the way up with the ground sloping away?
Get a longer one that extends and collapse in when the longer length isn't needed.

Get an 8' so you can apply some pressure when washing off bugs!

I use a folding 3 step "stool" with a grab bar on top so I don't need an extra long pole.
NOTE: much cheaper at Walmart in the US

I had already bought a collapsible 8 ft pole and removable brush so just this week I bought a squeegy/scrubby head for the pole. My coach has a 2 part step built into the front bumper that folds out and lets you get up to do the windshield. My buddy used it the day I bought the coach on the long drive home - saw him do that and said "self - you must get an 8 foot pole" ;-)
