After I bought my new MH and had a few little problems taken care of at the factory,we ran out of time to get it all done.
When I got back home I called Winegard because of very weak satellite reception. (missing blocks on slightly cloudy days).
Winegard had me check some receiver settings and making sure the connections were ok,they then sent me a new LNB (warranty, with return shipping label paid). I installed the new LNB and "wow" all started working like the book says.
They always called back in a timely fashion with their technical expertise.
I have to give them an A+ for their excellent service.
