Winter RV Cover Summer Storage

Hi!
We have a 2004 DSDP 3807 which required a 40 foot RV cover for winter storage here in Indiana. My question is how do I store the cover during the summer months. We bought a new 64-gallon trash can and the cover is too large to fit in the container. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
