Have had many issues and was taking it to the dealer where we got it. Any became more and more dissipointed with there shotty workmanship with every visit.

At this point my main issue is wit the dash raido, it only plays in the beadroom speakers.
they repalced a relay behind the raido and now the switchs on the dash don't light up with the headlights on and the sound no longer comes through the speakers wit hthe tv on. There is a switch under the Cabinet that use to turn on and off the kitchen speakers it no longer works ( after there repair attempt.) So I would Like to know if a workshop manual exisits just so i can learn how things work and have wiring diagrams

I have various Newmar Technical Service Manuals. I wonder if there would be some way to file them on the forum for member use. I could scan them if we could develop a method of upload and storage.

I have one for 2000, and 2002, and another one that I'm not sure what year it covers, but they are all very similar (much is generic for a period of years).

If your chassis is a Spartan. you can e-mail their support people with the VIN number and they will e-mail you the wiring schematics. This is for the chassis only.

This is the Owners Manual that you will receive from Newmar.
At the last pages will be fuse panel information and general wiring info and plumbing info.
Most of the wiring in my coach and previous ones I have owned have printing on wires to indicate what its for and where it goes.
If you open up the access panel to your over head fans you may find most of the wiring from dash and over head lights, running lights in front cap, speakers, switch's etc, etc.

This brochure does not show dash in front of drivers seat but I have a panel on upper dash that can be removed to access fuse panels and other items on the main dash.

You can drop the dash panels off dash by removing screws holding the panels to dash structure and gain access to the switch's that maybe giving you a problem.
You may be able to correct the operation by using some contact spray into switch before replacing if need be.
Your head light switch has a dimmer pot to increase or decrease the lights on your dash switch's. Newer coach's may have a wheel pot mounted on dash panel to left side.
Most wiring or plumbing sheets supplied by Newmar are what you will see at end of Owners Manual.

What was the relay that they changed suppose to do and did it fix your problem?
You may have to drop dash panel to see if they messed up your wiring to switch's may be a ground wire problem common to all switch's.
Check the FADE control in menu for radio, may have the fade all the way, to bedroom speakers.
Your kitchen speakers are a multiple of overhead speakers up front.

its a fancy relay that switches the speakers between the dash radio and the surround sound system for the front tv.

before they messed with it the dash raido did not work.
But front speakers worked with tv on and if i hit the toggle switch under the
cbinet the kitchen speakers would also work with tv.

now with the tv on the sound only comes through tv speakes and not coach speakers. the dash radio now plays but only through beadroom speakers.

also the dvd player no longer works either.

I am at the point where i am afraid to take it back to the selling dealer even know repairs would be done at no charge. But I have had nothing but bad luck with them and have uncovered several repairs that they did not do properly and caused a dangerous situation for me and my family.

The Technical Service Manual is about 5" thick and contains much information other than wiring diagrams. It would be a horrendous task to scan; however, I would give it a try if we had a place on the forum to store it and a good method to find information in the in the electronic manual. Some of the diagrams might be of questionable use since some are difficult to read the fine print on the original. Newmar didn't put a lot of effort into producing good quality prints for their manuals.
