Have Winegard RM-9946 that wont stow. Removed dish and LNB arm. I think the gears are stripped. Will be in Charlotte area. Planned on staying at CMS campground. Does anyone know about service from Tom Johnsons? I can stay at KOA near Statesville and go to Camping World. Any suggestions?

Check this out, there are a couple of posts on Tom Johnsons, but in a different town. I'm not familiar with the area back there so it could be the one you are asking about. Good luck.

Oh boy, if that's the same one we have on our DSDP (and I think it is) there are no parts available from Wineguard anymore. You might find some left over at a dealers though. Good luck!

The CG next to Tom Johnson's in the Charlotte (Concord) area is a great place to stay. $30/night for a full hookup site. It is right next to the service center and the Charlotte Motor Speedway. We stay there when in the area.
