Well, called the dealer this morning and they have the jacks fixed. Before they started I told them to check the grond first. Not sure if that was the exact problem, but he said the just cleaned all the connections and now working fine.

On my '04 KSDP it is under the front hood on the passenger side. I had the same problem as the op, I had to remove the control board to see the lights for trouble shooting, and check the fuses. Following the HWH trouble shooting procedure I narrowed it to either the touch pad or wiring between the touch pad and the control board. The touch pad connections looked ok but I sprayed contact cleaner anyway and using the wiggle test on the connectors and slightly on the touch pad itself I was able to get everything working again. I have had intermittent problems with the touch pad before and have now replaced it with a used one from ebay. I have my fingers crossed.

Yes, contact cleaner sprayed on the pins and into the connectors.

Went to pick up the MH today. Tested the jacks, they work great. Cost me a half-hour of labor to get them fixed. I'm happy. Should be good for another 7 years.

On a gas coach Workhorse, the jack solenoids have a white wire that runs to a bolt that is welded to the chassis frame.
My bolt is welded to the front cross frame of chassis.
The wire ends have loop wire fasteners that the bolt passes through.
With the bolt under frame the wire loops and bolt nut will become dirty and corroded if driving on salty roads or just road crud.
I have to remove the nut, drop wires off bolt clean them all up and I apply di-electric grease on all cleaned connections and retighten the nut. I have six wires on bolt couple go to fuse panels.
Every three or four years I will clean this ground wire location dependent on how dirty it looks.
You will have to trace the white wires off your selinoids to find what ever you have on DP MAYBE a bolt or even a screw type bolt into chassis frame.

Thanks for sharing the information with us. Most of us will have similar problems in the near future if not simply because of the jack control location.

Chances are that is will be the frame. Put a meter accross and see. I have not checked mine but that is where I would start.
