Would love to go, if coach was home, take great pictures and let us have a report. I love old planes. The Museum at Palm Springs is good, and I want to see the one at Davis Monthan as well, maybe this year.

Haven't been to the one in Palm Springs but have seen Davis. Another interesting thing about the Davis museum is the War Dog Memorial there. Was there when they had a large open house for all service dogs including law enforcement agencies. At the time, I had my little 10 lb Norfolk Terrier Beatle. As we walked along, all the various German Shepard Dogs watched - and one of the guys looked at us and with a big smile on his face said "lunch!" LOL all round. A place worth visiting.

Palm Springs is pretty impresive, Most aircraft are in "flyable" condition. Check it out if you get a chance.

Castle's very cool. Not many places with a B-36, although the weather is starting to take a toll on things. I wish we could get there, but since we are leaving on that Thursday night, taking another day off just before that wouldn't make me popular in the office
