Above unit is for sale. 1998/36/235. Nicely appointed. White, clean and asking $50,000. What do I look for to purify this RV. I'm new to Coaches (now own 27" Alpenlite Dural RK) Want to move up but need helpful advice. Thanks, Aaron in Roseburg, Oregon

Kinda new to this kind of posting so hang in there with me. ac

alpine27,

Check out the Alpine Coach Association technical information website for a couple of very good Pre-Delivery Checklists:

A.http://www.alpinecoachassociation.com/moretech/PDI.pdf

B. http://www.alpinecoachassociation.co...eCheckList.pdf

Also, make sure that all the RECALLS have been performed on the coach you are considering. See these NHTSA links:

1. Dometic refrigerator fire: Recalls Summary

2. Ground bus fuse too low amperage: Recalls Summary

3. Seat belt defect: Recalls Summary

4. Brake ABS could fail: Recalls Summary

5. Brake calipers can hang & cause loss of braking: Recalls Summary

So Aaron, did you get it?
If so, I'm not the most knowledgeable guy in the world but we've owned a '98 for a few years now (moved up to it also and LOVE it) and would be happy to help out with any questions. We're just north near Eugene.
Take care.
