2000 Alpine Coach 40' no power at diagnostic plug

Hi, The other day the wife and I decided to take the motorhome on a ride for few hrs. On the way back I noticed the motor was sputtering a little before shifting. 2 days later it won't start. Turned over but no start. Called mechanic. He tried to connect his laptop and got no power. after looking around he notice my ecu plug was coming apart. well after installing a $2,000 new wiring harness, the motor starts up but still no power at either diagnostic plug to check engine and clear error lights. Do any of you know where they may be a fuse or breaker to give power back to diagnostic plug. 2000 Alpine Coach 350 LSC. Thanks.
