Exclamation 2002 brand new factory dash pad tan velour

I bought this for my 1999 alpine and it dosnt fit. It is a real nice cover.
its brand new tan in factory box,it s on e-bay going off tonight.
not trying to make anything on it just trying to get my money back.
I paid $ 115 plus shipping
