When you pull "T" handle it dumps your fresh water from tank onto the ground. If you look under coach--behind where propane compartment is you will see a white 1 1/2" pipe......that is the line controlled by "T' handle. If you need access to the gate valve take off carpeted cover (4 screws) that is behind "T" valve.

I had a friend over looking at our coach a while back. He was looking at this T-handle in the basement under the slide. He asked me what it was and I said I didn't know. So he pulls the handle . Wow did the water come out. I had seen it but wasn't brave enought to pull it. Now I use it all the time.
