2005 Alpine

I own a 2005 Alpine Limited. 36 foot FDTS. 47,000 miles.
In Great Shape. Have all of the documentaries on all of the Items on the Coach that was replaced or repaired. Including all maintenance records with receipts.
Really love our Alpine and would really hate to sell it.
Would also leave a lot of our Gear in the Basement for the next owner.
No repairs or tires needed. It always stays ready for travel

Due to our health issues will not be able to continue enjoying the travels.

Attempting to decide on asking price.

Anybody have a suggested price or know of anyone that would be interested

I have a 2005 36MDDS with about 42K on it. We bought it 2 years ago for $80K. I would imagine it would sell for +/- $65K today. It's a tough market.

...close friends had a 2005 40ft FDTS with about 100k miles...coach was in absolutely immaculate condition....they sold it 2-3 years ago for $60k. Your coach has a lot fewer miles but for an older DP, low mileage isn't always a good selling point. In the past year, I also saw a friend's 2004 Alpine in good shape with 75k miles go for $48k. Its a good market for buyers, not so good for sellers....guess we all have to come to grips with the fact we bought a depreciating asset....don't know about you but we sure have had a good time seeing this great country in our 2003 Alpine, and we look forward to seeing even more of it......Good luck on your sale, sounds like a wonderful coach....
