Question 2005 Exterior door brace and rubber seal

Does anyone know where I can get a new screen door rubber seal ? My sagging door brace that holds the door open caused the rubber seal to drag on the joint and finally ripped it.

Ours is a 2005 38TP if that makes any difference. How do I get the brace to stop sagging ?

Thanks, Dave Stanley

Thank you "takepride"

Just ordered a new pos-a-loc overhead door bracket and 3 ft of replacement rubber seal from PTLEngineering [ from Jason ] He has been extremely helpful for the past 3 days, with e-mailing back and forth to get the right products.

He is going to ship the parts to me with an invoice which he wants paid with a check. That is one easy "can do". Great customer service. Debra was very courteous and helpful also. www.ptlengineering.com (810) 664-2310

All is good in our world !!!

I had the opportunity to work with Jason once, and had the same result as you. Nice to see that from time to time.
