2005 Limited Paint Codes

Does anyone have the paint codes and any other information for the 2005 Limited. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are going to add a larger air intake on the back of the motorhome when we get back to Lake Havasu AZ and want to paint the cover to match.

What '05 color scheme are you looking for? We have the codes for the '05 Brandywine color. It's a bad photocopy but someone familiar w/Industrial Finishes' paint should be able to figure it out.

2005 Paint Codes for Woodlands

Sorry I did not have complete information. Looking at the brochure on the tech page. We have Woodlands. Not sure if there is a place on the coach that would give them.

go to the alpine coach association website: http://www.alpinecoachassociation.co...2005manual.pdf

Page 117 of the 2005 manual has the paint codes for all the 2005 color schemes.

Larger air intake

Engineer Mike can probably explain this better than I can. Our coach had a boat vent on the passenger side rear. The way I understand it is that the opening was not large enough to supply enough air to the motor. As a result the filter minder would sense that the filter was old and needed to be replaced since the motor was not getting enough air. We had a new filter so we knew this to be true.

The opening was enlarged and the muffler was modified to breath better. The boat vent was replace with an air scoop that is painted to match the motorhome.

Should increase mileage and performance. Help Mike if I did not explain properly.

Here is the link to the 2003 paint codes:: http://alpinecoachassociation.com/ho...int%20Info.pdf

For the general 2003 manual, this link should work: http://www.alpinecoachassociation.co...2003manual.pdf It has the other schematics, etc.

For some reason, these pages were copied separate from the 2003 owners' manual and were shown in the technical library under "exterior" but these are supposed to be the 2003 paint codes. Good Luck. Unless you are just getting some touch up paint to have on hand, however, given the age/natural fading, most paint shops would not even bother with the codes. I had some minor work done last Fall that included repainting one of the basement doors and the body shop didn't use the paint codes I gave them. They did their own computer color matching (and were dead on). They matched what was actually showing on the coach, not what the formula was when it was factory fresh. But the codes should be close, of course, and if you just want to dab a scratch or two with premixed touchup it will be better than nothing. If you have more than a couple dings, I'd take it to a body shop and have them computer match -- they'll sell you the paint even if this is DIY.
