Hello Everyone, Just a quick note. We had the hose issue taken care of at HWH in Moscow, IA. on 11/23/09. They did a very good job in less than 5 hours. They also rerouted the hoses. The hoses are no longer over the radiator, he moved them to the north wall of the battery compartment.
My extended warranty covered the cost of labor and material.
Lucked out on that one.
Again, Thanks for all the help, hope to meet up with you guys in the future.

Roger L.,

Nice to hear that all worked out okay for you.

I'm impressed that your extended warranty covered everything. What extended warranty do you have?

Good Morning Dale, The warranty we have on our coach is called "XtraRide"
The dealer had a four year extended warranty included with the purchase. That was one of the things I wanted now that WRV is out of bussiness. The service agreement has a $100 deductible. Their phone number is 800-323-5771

Are all of these "hose"leaks actually from the hose itself, oor from the crimped connection of the metal end to the hose, or from the threaded end that attaches to something? Thanks Waterdog4315

WDog- the usual leak has a bubble on the hose right at the end where it enters the ferrule of the crimp connection. Hose material gets weak, blisters, then separates enough to leak a little, then after a few more uses comes undone.
HWH has a lot of verbiage on their docs that warn of "crimped" vs. "swagged" end fittings. One has ridges (bad per HWH) and one is smooth (good). That may be the problem or it may be that the hose material they were using wouldn't take the pressure of the metal lip of the ferrule.
