As new owners of an Alpine, did we pick our new 2006 from WRV on a "bad" year. I had heard aboutg some financial problems, but didn't know the timing. It seems that attention to detail and quality may be lacking on our new "baby".

Any o ther 2006 problems to watch for? Also, who does the best repair services in Southern CA. We are lacking in Alpine dealerships.

You might want to take a look at http://RVServiceReviews.com for SoCal service facilities. This is the only place on the internet where RV owners can document their RV service experiences. There are almost 2000 searchable reviews available nationwide and in Canada.

Guaranty in Indio is familiar with Alpines.
Purchased my Alpine in Junction City - but had it serviced in Indio also = They did alright by me.

I recently received a postcard from Rich Ellis of Guaranty in Junction City, OR. Purpose was to advertise large inventory of Alpine coaches.

Since we will be making our NW trek in a couple of months, (and if service is needed), has anyone had experience with Guaranty's service at this location? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Thanks to Gary Krieg for the link to RVServiceReviews.com.

We purchased our 2006 40' APEX at Junction City Guaranty RV last September. They did a lot of work then and did an excellent job. We are here now having some other things done before we head up to the factory for more items. Our service writer is James Talbert and his technician is Warren (who unfortunately is on vacation right now) are a great team.

Service personnel at Guaranty in Junction City were very good in addressing the problems during our walkthrough. They were friendly, courteous and solved our immediate needs. We had limited time to pick up the new coach and get on the road back to S CA for granddaughter's graduation. Thus, some of the fixit's are on a list which we will have done with them when we are back there in a couple of months.

Only complaint we have would be with the person who did the prep for delivery. Missed some pretty obvious items, such as track for sliding doors not firmly attached at ceiling.

According to Kori and Fred (see post about Guarantee, Indio), Guarantee in Indio is about to go by the wayside, moving all their coaches to their AZ facility
