99 36FDS fuse location for outside step

Fuse is blown to outside step and can't find fuse location
Found box in rear next to 120v breakers and found fuse box under passenger side of dash and none are blown but no power to step switch
Any help of another box somewhere

Try looking at the ceiling of the battery compartment at the rear of the coach, passenger side, behind rear wheel......

I seem to have the same problem, step won't retract. Is this a regular looking fuse or a square looking circuit breaker? I found a square looking breaker with hot coming in and two leads going out, with only one of them hot.

Those fuses in the battery compartment are self re-setting so should not be the problem. There are 2 normal fuses in the wiring to the steps and here is a diagram of where they are:(page 6) You might find the info on this link useful also Kwikee Step Tech Info

I had a '99 and seem to remember that the fuse was an inline fuse in the door channel near the switch.

Thanks for all the info. Found the plug at the step motor was the problem. pulled it apart to test for power, had it there, so cleaned it up a little before snapping it back together, all works fine now.
