Maybe just an xtra water tank. I like others would follow the lines from it.

Curious--in your pics there appears to be a pump for injecting the fluid [into the hi-pressure side of the turbo????]....Wonder how the pump/injection process is activated--manual switch or some sort of sensor or ECM interface. Have no idea what impact this system had on engine performance or long-term engine maintenance/damage. If you disconnect or abandon the system, need to make sure you dont have a boost leak or place for unfiltered air to enter.
