ABS Components

Does anyone know where you can get parts for Meritor WABCO ABS...what we need are replacement sensors. Our brakes were overheated, and we think the sensors "melted". We had one replaced, but in retrospect we think we should replace the other 3, but no one can seem to find the part for us. And, I can't seem to find anything on their website. Though, I will keep looking!

Will appreciate any help!!

Gail

The brakes are Meritor Quadrahaulic. Also it help if you measured the length of the cable. Brake Systems Inc. 503 236 2116 in Portland OR. should be able to help.

Thanks, kraig! I'll tell our guy to measure and then give this outfit in Portland a call!

Just in case anyone else needs to replace their ABS sensors, the above company does have what we need.

Hello Gail:

I just found some at FleetPride: Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Parts they have them in stock and are located in many states. We took the Wabco Number located on the ABS Sensor to Fleet Pride and they were able to cross reference and pull them off the shelf. They do have a store in North Las Vegas and are located in many States.
