#6 smell from holding tanks...aerodynamics of Alpine front create suction above about 50mph. If you set dash air fan speed at #1 or #2 you can feel air being sucked IN to vents; at #3 or 4 it will blow and keep odors where they belong!...Good luck, we have '98 36FD that we have driven 111,000 miles with LOTS of problems and we still love it and enjoy "The Good Life".
