I've looked at other posts about the Actia and don't see my problem. The numbers/letters are disappearing in straight lines. It's like a whole line of pixels is shutting down. I thought maybe the brain just needed rebooting but this has been going on for a few weeks now.
Anyone else have this problem?? And the fix is....???
Thanks.
David

I am having the same problem. It looks like some of the display segments are not active. I wonder if the display can be replaced without replacing the complete unit.

I spoke to Chris at WRV and he was supposed to be looking into it. His thought was that the whole unit would have to be replaced. Glad to hear that I'm no alone with this.

WRV replaced our Actia, it was doing the same thing. However it took 4 replacements! First the tech got the wrong one, although he read them the model numbers from the old one. Then when we turned on the high beams an alarm went off and continued until you turned off the high beams. FINALLY found out there was a wiring change that fixed it. Since then we have not had problems, yes I am knocking on wood!
