What chassis do you have. I had to call Freightliner with my serial number to find out what I had for an air dryer. Good luck.

JT Thomp,

The cartridge #DQ6050 is available from any NAPA parts store. I recently bought one at NAPA for my Alpine Coach.

Here are a couple of other topics on this subject:

FWIW, the exchange cartridge for the AD-9 Bendix air dryer is only about $23.

It sounds as if the cartridge is the least of your problems. If you cannot build enough air pressure to inflate your suspension due to a faulty purge valve you need to fix that first.
You may want to consider replacing the whole air dryer with a rebuilt unit. Ebay often has these units available or you can order online from places such as RyderFleetProducts.

Hello JT:

Take a picture of the bottom of your Air Dryer and go a Truck Parts House and they can match your air dryer for a replacement cartridge and rebuilt kit for the spit valve.

Once the air is purged from the coach you can remove the desiccant cartridge and replace it as well as service spit valve.
