Alarm

In the cupboard of my 2000 alpine there is an on/off switch for an alarm system.
The salesman said it no longer works.

Anyone know what sort of system that was and also where on the RV I would hunt for components....if they ever existed.

Could you be referring to the "scare lights"??? Look high in the middle of each exterior wall and have someone turn it on.

I have a “security “ button near my water pump switch and all those panels. Is that what you’re referring too? I can’t seem to figure out what it does

The "security" button is the switch that turns on the "scare" light on the outside up high on the driver's side....and usually annoys your neighbor LOL

Yep. Its the drivers side outside dome light switch labeled " security". Or annoy your neighbor switch as Alpinedrvr calls it. Sales gimmick.
