Brian,
I think you will have to make your own replacements using Plexiglass or Lexan. They don't have to be as thick as the original.
I have just taken mine off and the lights are much brighter now.

Mine are pretty hazy so I bet I'm losing a lot of brightness.

Somebody here might even know the name of the headlight manufacturer that WRV used.

The headlight plastic cover on my '98 Alpine polish up pretty nice. I had once thought about replacing them and had decided I would go to someplace like Tap Plastics and have them custom made.

Funny the headlight cover issue should come up now. I just got done (about 15 minutes ago) polishing mine. While not as good as new, they did come out pretty good and you have to look close to see the crazing in the Lexan at the bends.
Whatever you do, DON'T buy the Permatex "Professional Repair Systems" Headlight lens Restoration Kit. Our covers are too soft for even the very fine Wet & Dry sandpaper to do anything other than badly scratch them. The included polish will do nothing to make them right either. Heck, I even used a 7000 grit rubbing cloth and it left scratches.
I used "Soft Scrub" to get the big stuff out, followed by kit brand "Scratch out", followed by Meguiars "Flagship" polish. You'll also have to use a small wheel with replacable pads to get the job done in any reasonable time. Even with all this it took me about 3 hours (2 of them were getting the scratches out the Headlight Lens Restoration kit made).
As I expect to do this again, I, for one, would appreciate any other suggestions that have proven effective.

With regard to the Headlight covers, I've used Meguiar's PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish. It took about 20 minutes per cover. It removed the haze, I can see while driving in the dark again!!

I think we hi-jacked the man's question--sometimes, keeping Alpine owners focused is bit like "herding cats" [with all due respect to cat owners].
In this day and age--building a web-site is just a hour or two away--ask any teen-ager. Depending on your inventory [items/quantity], it sounds like there could be some synergy between you and the existing ACA website. However, pricing, trust, and security are issues to be resolved. Perhaps Ebay is yr answer....
