I don't know if you have noticed but Roadmaster Suspension Solutions uses a picture of an Alpine coach in their "fighting crosswinds" magazine ads. Taking a little offense to the ad I called to ask why they featured the Alpine motor home. Did they feel the coach rocks and sways any more than any other coach? On the contrary they said, the WRV Alpine is one of the few motor homes that installs their anti-sway stabilizer bars as standard equipment on all of their vehicles!!!! Thanks you WRV.. Harold

Harold, The picture does indicate that the coach is leaning pretty heavily.

That is Patty and I leaning in a 30 mph corner at 60mph

Yee Haa!!

Seriously, I think of the times when a corner caught us by surprise, the Alpine hunkers down even better. Good thing the dishes in the cupboards don't like those G forces....makes me drive it like a motorhome.

Now the pressurized PT is different story. Huh Ted

Tom & Patty, you would not realize but when the PT came out with that extra 10HP they added air foils under the vehicle to keep it hunkered down with or better than the coach! The foils are not available for the "OLDER" models.

Do the foils come with a pit crew and sponsors. I'll probably need multiple adjustments due to my driving habits.. maybe a diesel sponser????

They come with all of the above except for the model that Tom & Patty have.
Seriously, does the coach not appear to be leaning pretty severly? This came up before. Seems to me if it has those whatever they are on it, they do not work very well

Ted- the coach is photo-shopped into the highway photo at the goofy angle to simulate sway. If you look close you'll see the coach is at an impossible angle to the centerline (basically heading off-road in about a second or two). You can see the photoshop cuts at the LR tire and along the left edge of the coach.

Some months ago I e-mailed Burk Morgan about this ad and suggested he protest.
