There is a 40' 2006 Alpine for sale in Buenos Aires, South America, for $90,000. It is either a scam or someone drove it south and didn't want to make the return trip.

I know I have seen that pic before - and it wasn't in Buenos Aires - I saw it when we were first searching for info on Alpines - I can't find it right at the moment but I will keep looking - it was at a bike dealers or something like that - I'll post again if I find it.

I remember those pictures from an Ebay listing of an Alpine. The previous thread doesn't have a link to the Ebay auction, but the details are not available any longer at Ebay anyway. I think an Alpine/Peak chassis was listed on Ebay at that same time also.

The Buenos Aires deal is probably a "Send me your 10% down and I'll deliver it to you ..." scam.
