This has been suggested but not carried through. I was unaware there was a discussion group that met together every so often with WRV people. People such as Ron Doyle and Burk Morgan. I think that is terrific. Mr Doyle I have never had the pleasure of meeting. Burk Morgan I have and I find him as an individual that listens and reacts and makes things happen. I would hope that Mark Glazier(irreplaceable) participates and whoever is or should be in charge of Quality Control should be included as well as a hands on individual. (He or She are critical) I include she because they really have tremendous input. I think if we can keep our suggestions to a minimum they will be more likely looked at and possibly corrected.
Since I have written this and I am on the East Coast I get to go first. Kidding aside I do truly believe with the changes that are in the making that we will never have a better opportunity and I am going to throw out a couple of situations.
Wind noise at the entrance door
TV's are the most confusing thing I have ever tried to operate.
I have had a water leak in my front slide which has supposedly been fixed 3 times. Still leaks.
Quality control on floor molding. Pocket doors that have no reason to stay open.
Lets take it from there. Shall we start a whole new forum or continue on this one. Complaining to each other will get us nothing, not even sympathy.
Believe me, complaints & suggestions work better in quantity. Let's see if we can all get together and make this work for all of us.

Add us to the list with TV problems.

We also have wind noise at the front door; but I've never mentioned it, as we seem to frequently have more urgent problems.

Maybe this should be on another thread; but it bothers me to read about so many people having radiator problems and then to find that people have recently called in, and WRV says they know of "no" radiator problems. Feeling we can trust the people on the other end to tell us the truth and help us would go a long way in helping allieviate frustrations when we have a problem.

WRV customer service told us they ARE aware of other radiator leak problems.
