74890 is an '04 36'
We've owned it since November of 2014. Bought it in Florida from a dealer - not sure who the prior owner was. We're now in Washington state and health dictates we need to sell it. It's listed on Craigslist for Skagit County, Washington. Great coach. We moved out of a 40' Monaco Windsor and were surprised at how much MORE room the 36' had...

My 2002 Alpine 36FDS
Hi,
My wife and I purchased 2002 36FDS coach #74594 in October 2015. I had driven one at the Ames IA FMCA Rally in 1999 and had always wanted one. .
We are the third owner. The previous owner,Tom Mitchoff of Redmond OR, had the coach for 10+ years. It has 50154 miles and has been garaged when not in use. There have been some minor upgrades. Flat screen smart TVs, King dome, basement TV, Uline ice machine and a whole coach RO water system.
