I'm looking at an Alpine Coach in the Marathon Coach lot in Coburg, OR with a service tag on it. It's been there a couple of days.

On my way back to the Montana home this evening, I spotted a black/silver Apex heading west on I-90 between between St. Regis and Superior (west of Missoula). I trust they managed the multiple slow construction detours. Makes for a long day.

I stayed overnight at the Spanish Trail RV park just south of Moab, Utah on May 12th. Saw two Alpine Coaches there. One was an 40 FDQS, not sure of the other. Only it saw it on the way out and didn't get a chance to meet either owner.

It's a 2001 34 FDDS in excellent condition. I met the owner, Bob. He's a fire chief from South Lake Tahoe. The coach is fairly new to him. He plans to retire in the fall.

Angry Belle Fourche, S. D.

On the road for a month and 2500 miles. First alpine sighting on 89 just south of the 212 in Belle Fourche. Man I think we are a dying breed.

Spotted one NB I-5 at Northgate around 1115am today. It was pulling a white cargo trailer. Perhaps a 1999?

We just completed a car trip from CA to TN, and back. Mostly along I-40. We didn't see a single Alpine on the trip!!

Since we didn't take the coach on this quick trip, we didn't cruise the RV parks to see if there were any in there. They just weren't on the road.

Hopefully everybody is out enjoying their coach elsewhere, and just avoiding I-40.

Saw two Alpines in the Mesquite, Nv area yesterday as we were heading home from Lake Powell. One was a champagne and white like ours just entering the Virgin River Gorge going north (we both waved HI) and then a silver and green heading north in a few more miles.
