Alpine Structure

Does anyone know how the Alpine is built? The walls, inside the walls? Does the Alpine have a aluminum structure or is it would frame?

Dennis, the experts will be along shortly, but here's some technical data that might be of use to you.

Alpine Coach - Technical Information

Is there something in particular that you want to accomplish, and need to know about framing materials?

There is no wood framing. It is aluminum square tubing.

from the 2006 brochure:

Quality Construction
Fully laminated vacuum bonded 6005 T5
aluminum tube construction with block foam
insulation for comfort in any climate.
The one-piece fiberglass roof is strong,
durable and 5.25" thick to insulate from
the sun. Sidewalls are 2" thick while the
floor is 2.25" to create a quiet ride.

My 2006 Apex 75598 came with samples of the wall structure, aluminum tubing, etc. I got tired of hauling the stuff around and threw it out. Anybody still have these and can photograph?

Good idea Basil.
I could also send to Mike for the library.
